Every remanufactured engine from US Engine Production undergoes our comprehensive 17-step rebuilding process that ensures like-new performance and reliability:

The process begins with complete disassembly of the core engine down to individual components. Each part is ultrasonically cleaned and Magnaflux inspected for cracks and defects. The engine block is precision-bored and honed using CNC equipment to achieve factory-specification tolerances. Crankshafts are ground and polished, connecting rods are reconditioned, and cylinder heads are completely rebuilt with new valves, guides, and seats.

All wear components including pistons, rings, bearings, gaskets, seals, and timing components are replaced with new OEM-specification parts. The assembled engine is then mounted on our dynamometer test stand where it undergoes a comprehensive break-in and testing protocol that monitors horsepower output, torque, oil pressure, coolant temperature, compression balance, fuel system performance, and electronic system diagnostics.
